Brand: BlueHenry

Dehydrated Lime Slices from BlueHenry

Lime is a favorite for amateur and pro chefs and mixologists for it’s fresh, zesty flavor and rich color. Our Dehydrated Lime Wheels add a beautiful garnish and distinct lime flavor to any recipe or cocktail and come in a 3 ounce package with about 40 slices.

We expertly dehydrate fresh limes at peak ripeness and at a low temperature to lock in the fresh lime flavor and to maintain a rich, green color. Easily create impressive cocktails with this beautiful dried lime wheel garnish. These lime slices have a long shelf life of 12 months, so you don’t have to worry about them going bad in the fridge like a fresh lime would. Each slice is crisp, but will rehydrate and become soft when exposed to moisture. Add a decorative garnish to cocktails, or add to your favorite dessert and baking recipes.

As with all our dehydrated fruit garnishes and cocktail syrups, our Dehydrated Lime Slices are all natural, meaning NO added sugar and NO artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

Product Details:

All natural dehydrated lime slices
One 3 ounce package with 40 slices of dried lime wheels
Handcrafted in small batches
No artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives
Dehydrated lime wheels for baking, desserts, and cocktails
Long lasting flavor with a shelf life of 12 months
Totally edible, totally food safe, great dried fruit slices for baking
